This is a beta of Microsoft's Great Greetings add-on for a beta version of Microsoft BOB, at the time still called Microsoft Utopia. It seems that was leaked as well at some point, but remains to be recovered for now.

This was leaked as a folder dump, but the total size of files on disk 1 exceeds the standard 1.44MB disk capacity. With no information on how the original disk 1 was laid out to fit all the files, I put the files into a DMF-formatted disk (1.68MB).
